COPYRIGHT POLICY

At High’s Lawn and Landscaping, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines the process for reporting copyright infringement on our platform and the steps we take to address such matters.

3. Action on Infringement
 

Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, High’s Lawn and Landscaping will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to respond with a counter-notice.
 

4. Counter-Notification
 

If you believe that content has been removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:

• A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the jurisdiction where you are located (or where High’s Lawn and Landscaping is located).

• Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringers
 

In accordance with the DMCA, High’s Lawn and Landscaping may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
